Endorphin

Privacy

Updated 1 November 2026

Endorphin Health handles your personal and health information under the Australian Privacy Principles. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist we keep your first name, email and whether you're interested as a member, partner or investor. We use it only to tell you about Endorphin's launch and to send your invitation. Ask us to remove you any time at hello@endorphin.health.

As a member

We collect the details you give us during onboarding (your health history, medications, allergies and goals), the documents and results you upload, what you log in the app, and the outcomes of your consults. We use it to build your plan, prepare your doctor and run your membership.

We share health information only with the people providing your care, and only with your consent: your Endorphin doctor's clinic for consults, and the practitioner and pharmacist who prepare your supplement formula if you request one.

Your information is stored in Australia, and our AI features run in Australia. Your AI mentor and plan work from de-identified information, never your name, contact details or Medicare number. When you upload a document it's read as it is, so whatever is printed on it is processed too. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can see and correct your information in the app, and ask us for a copy or to delete your account. Some consult records must be kept for a period required by law.
